We ship all over the world. Our website's shipping module requires us to define shipping rates (by hand) for each country, and we do that one country at a time as we get orders from that country. If you place an order from a country we have not shipped to yet, and you get a shipping error message during the checkout process, just call us on the phone or send us a message through the contact interface of this website, and we will set up the country you are shipping to so you can place your order.

International shipping rates

If you are in Canada, you will get the least expensive shipping if you select "UPS Standard To Canada" on the shipping menu. If you live in any other non-US country besides Canada, you will get the least expensive shipping if you select the "First Class Mail" option on the shipping menu. For international orders, the First Class Mail option actually selects International Express Mail, which costs about US$40, and usually takes less than 10 days. If you want your unit to arrive faster than that, you can select the "UPS Expedited" option, which usually arrives in less than 5 days, but shipping internationally by UPS can cost twice as much.

Shipping inside the US

We ship from near Boston, so if you live within about 1000 miles of Boston, UPS Ground shipping will get to you within one or two days. Beyond that distance, you will get the fastest inexpensive shipping if you select the "First Class Mail" option, which actually selects Priority Mail. That costs about the same as UPS Ground and usually takes two or three days.

Guarantee on non-free-trial units

All non-free-trial orders carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, excluding shipping. The 30 days starts the day you receive your unit.

In the case of a return of a Deluxe SleepGuard system, un-redeemed coaching calls are refundable for $100 each for up to one month if unit is returned. All coaching calls must be used within one year. Coaching calls are up to 45 minutes each.

SleepGuard Warranty

Your SleepGuard biofeedback headband is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the time specified above (one year for the deluxe unit, the standard unit and the rental unit, and 90 days for the refurbished unit). If at any time during the warranty period you have a problem that needs repair, we repair your unit for free. Shipping fee may be charged for international repairs. The sensor pads (which normally last between 2 months and one year), and the fabric part of the headband (which normally lasts between 6 months and one year) are not covered by this warranty.
