The SleepGuard biofeedback headband is manufactured exclusively by Holistic Technologies, under the following two US patents:

It is our opinion that the original headband-style model of the European GrindCare biofeedback device infringes these US patents. It is therefore our opinion that it is illegal to import that headband model of the GrindCare device into the United States without negotiating a license from Holistic Technologies. It is our opinion that the modern arm-band version of the GrindCare device is does not infringe the above patents.
